Tatchi Herbals is an Instagram based handmade skin care brand that my mother came across in one of the pop-up events that took place a couple of months back in Chennai. She had got me the Haritaki Hairfall Control Oil and in return they had also given her a sample of the neem and basil face pack. That sample was so generous it lasted me for 7-8 uses. I loved how it made my skin look and hence I ended up buying the full size product a couple of days ago.
The Neem & Basil Pack retails for Rs. 150 for 50gm of product and the Hair Oil retails for Rs. 180 for 100ml of product.

The colour of this face pack makes me so calm, it's a beautiful mauve shade and I haven't felt the appearance of any face pack make me feel this way. Wow I sound romantic. The packaging of this product is so cute and travel friendly. Its a paper version of a zip lock cover, so its super airtight too.
I love using this pack with just plain water but they suggest you use it with some rosewater. You need the tiniest amount of product for your entire face. It contains Neem, Basil, Green gram, cucumber seeds etc. which claims to reduce acne, wrinkles and tends to brighten the skin. I have super oily skin and this helps me reduce excess oils too without stripping off all the moisture. I like to use this face pack even when my skin feels super irritated, so yes, its definitely a must try. I haven't faced any breakouts after using this product so thats a yay!
This oil contains Haritaki (as the main ingredient) which is an ayurvedic herb derived from the seeds of Terminalia Chebula tree.Haritaki is also known as 'the king of medicines' and serves remarkable health benefits such as; it prevents hair loss and removes dandruff, helpful in constipation, prevent a cough and cold, removes acnes and ulcers, boost immunity, prevent diabetes, helps in weight loss, fight with skin allergies, improves heart conditions.
It also contains Aloe Vera, Henna, Curry leaves, Hibiscus etc which are great ingredients to control hair fall. They've suggested to heat the oil before applying it on the scalp and thats exactly what I do.
It claims to reduce hairfall, prevents premature praying, controls dandruff & promotes hair growth.
I leave it over night and rinse it off completely in the morning. I've been using it for almost 5-6 months not for every wash but definitely 3-4 times a month because I have other hair oils to try out too although I used it religiously for the first two months. It doesn't smell bad, doesn't give you a headache or anything unlike the other herbal hair oils. It definitely has reduced my hair fall (even though I have short hair).
Overall I love both of these products so much and will definitely be repurchasing it!
