Innisfree Facial Cleansers | Bija, Green Tea, Jeju Volcanic Range | Review

Innisfree is a korean skincare brand as all of you must be knowing by now. I'm a sucker for their face washes and I've been using them ever since 2017.
I use 2-3 face washes at a time to suit my mood, skin texture and type at that particular moment.
All the Innisfree cleansers seem to deep cleanse the skin and thats what I absolutely love about them.
You can't use them more than maybe 2 times a day as they could be really drying.
They remove every inch of dirt and dunk from your skin and makes your skin feel squeaky clean.
They are priced at Rs.500-700 for about 150ml of product and you need less than pea sized amount for your entire face.

Green Tea Cleansing Foam:

The first face wash that I purchased was the 'Green Tea Cleansing Foam' which is enriched with squeezed green tea. My mom's still been using it (ever since 2017) because it just doesn't seem to get over and she absolutely loves it! It's got a better fragrance than the other two face washes and it retails for Rs.550. It's a sure blessing and helps you fight some serious breakouts.

The Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam:

A year later I purchased this face-wash which is supposed to 'purify pores and cleanse dull looking skin'. I hated the fragrance of this one. It just smelt dirty to me (I don't know how else to explain, kill me now) It has those tiny exfoliating beads which tends to melt (almost) once you start scrubbing it in your skin. Deep cleanses and hydrates your skin upto a decent extent, but if you've dry skin then this is a sure no no for you. It retails for Rs.590 for 150ml.

Bija Trouble Facial Foam:

This is the one I'm currently using. It has been enriched with torreya seed extract and helps control blemish for clear skin. I got this one from Thailand a couple of months back and I bought this because I've heard that the Bija range is pretty good in controlling acne. It's got the fragrance of rosemary and also creates a tingling sensation when you massage it over your face. Something about this face wash feels a little harsh on my skin so I only use it once a day after I'm back from college.

I've never had any major breakouts after using these (right after using them) but I would suggest you use it only once a day. On a long course of time you'll definitely see yourself having less oiliness on your face provided you drink sufficient water. I do find these a little too expensive, but it comes a good long way even with 2-3 people using it every other day.

Happy reading!

Flawless Organics Products Review | Instagram Brand | Face Mask & Face Scrub

Flawless organics is a handmade skincare Instagram brand which is Tamil Nadu based. But they do ship throughout India. They were sweet enough to send me some products from review but all opinions will be my own. I received A Skin Softening and Brightening face mask, De-tan Face mask, Chocolate Body Scrub and Face Scrub.  You can buy them from:  https://www.instagram.com/flawless_organic_products/ They all retail for Rs.300 for about 50-100g of product. I think it's absolutely worth it because you only need a little product and the ingredients used are amazing.  Skin Softening and Brightening Face Pack: This face pack has hands down been my favourite ever since I received it. They recommend you to mix the mask with curd but I also tried it once with water but I prefer it was curd because that way it takes a little more time to dry and also I love how curd feels on my skin in general, so yes.  This product DOES brighten your skin (I...

Kama Ayurveda Eladi Hydrating Ayurvedic Face Cream | Review

Got my hands on this face cream as a birthday gift for myself back in April. Been wanting to try one of the Kama Ayurveda products for the longest down, but since they're very expensive I was a little sceptical about giving them a try. The Kama Ayurveda consultants suggested me to get this product as it helps get rid of acne and scars. Let's just get started with the product details first. It's a nourishing cream made with a blend of coconut milk, sesame oil, Cardamom, Aloe Vera, Jasmine and Rose oil for a soft, smooth and clear skin. Its got a really cute packaging, comes in a little brown jar and also with a wooden spoon. The cream is white and has a really thick consistency. It retails for Rs. 1125 for 50g of product. Review: Okay initially I hated this product and I was regretting that I had spent so much on this. I applied a very little amount, barely a finger touch into the cream, all over my face right after I got out of the shower and I noticed pr...

10 Best places to shop makeup and skin care in Thailand | Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket

I went to Thailand recently (follow me on  INSTAGRAM  to know more) and I did a lot of homework on choosing the places to shop because thats the main reason we chose Thailand for this vacation! I read many blogs and one such blog was  https://thailand.tripcanvas.co/bangkok/affordable-makeup-skincare-brands/ . This article mainly focused only on places to shop in Bangkok but I have discovered some more in Pattaya and Phuket too! 1.FAMILY MART The first place I visited in Pattaya was Family Mart. Family Mart is just everywhere in Thailand, its like a mini supermarket and has everything you need under one roof (duh)! They have a section for skincare and makeup (mostly skin care) where you get face masks, black head masks (the one by Cathy Doll is supposed to be really good), serums, mud packs etc. in the form of sachets and they're super reasonably priced! You get sachets starting from 10-60 bhat. Available: Throughout thailand and even in Bangkok Airport ...
