Biotique Bio Honey Water Clarifying Toner | Review

Hey guys,

The Biotique Bio Honey Water is a clarifying toner with Himalaya Waters for All Skin Types.
I got mine from purplle. com (https://www.purplle.com/product/biotique-bio-honey-water-with-himlayan-waters-for-all-skin-types-120-ml) but you can also purchase it from nykaa, amazon etc.

Price and quantity:

It retails for Rs.175 for 120ml although you always have these on offer in every site possible. I think I got mine for less than Rs.140.

What it claims:

It claims that its a lightening toner which refreshes, tones and brightens the complexion and brings skin into perfect complexion.

Pros:

1. It's very affordable
2. You need very little quantity for your entire face and neck
3. It doesn't cause any break outs
4. It's refreshing
5. Removes all the dirt and makes you feel and look clean
6. Evens out your skin tone after prolonged usage

Cons:
1. Initially gave me a burning sensation throughout my face (when I used it on dry, clean skin)
2. Not suitable for very dry or sensitive skin
3. Has a strong after shave fragrance
4.Dries your skin out very badly
5. Read the 3 ways I use it to over come these cons

3 ways I use it:

1. Initially I used it as an instant face wash, I would taken some toner on a cotton pad and swipe it all across my face. The dirt and oil prevented the toner from causing that burning sensation. But it took me a while to figure this out, initially I hated the product.

2. After using it for months together like I mentioned in the above point, I started using it like an actual toner. I use it only once a day after I wash my face, and still I can see so much dirt being removed, which is very satisfying.

3. Since I hated it in the beginning and I just wanted to finish the product, I started using it in my mud packs instead of water (I add a little of coconut or almond oil also so that it doesn't dry me out completely)

Overall I think it's a good product for someone with oily skin. The product has adapted to my skin very well now (I've been using it for nearly a year).
Caution:
Also NEVER USING IT OVER FRESHLY BROKEN OUT SKIN, it's going to sting pretty badly.
Try your best not to come in contact with acne.

Happy reading!

Flawless Organics Products Review | Instagram Brand | Face Mask & Face Scrub

Flawless organics is a handmade skincare Instagram brand which is Tamil Nadu based. But they do ship throughout India. They were sweet enough to send me some products from review but all opinions will be my own. I received A Skin Softening and Brightening face mask, De-tan Face mask, Chocolate Body Scrub and Face Scrub.  You can buy them from:  https://www.instagram.com/flawless_organic_products/ They all retail for Rs.300 for about 50-100g of product. I think it's absolutely worth it because you only need a little product and the ingredients used are amazing.  Skin Softening and Brightening Face Pack: This face pack has hands down been my favourite ever since I received it. They recommend you to mix the mask with curd but I also tried it once with water but I prefer it was curd because that way it takes a little more time to dry and also I love how curd feels on my skin in general, so yes.  This product DOES brighten your skin (I...

Kama Ayurveda Eladi Hydrating Ayurvedic Face Cream | Review

Got my hands on this face cream as a birthday gift for myself back in April. Been wanting to try one of the Kama Ayurveda products for the longest down, but since they're very expensive I was a little sceptical about giving them a try. The Kama Ayurveda consultants suggested me to get this product as it helps get rid of acne and scars. Let's just get started with the product details first. It's a nourishing cream made with a blend of coconut milk, sesame oil, Cardamom, Aloe Vera, Jasmine and Rose oil for a soft, smooth and clear skin. Its got a really cute packaging, comes in a little brown jar and also with a wooden spoon. The cream is white and has a really thick consistency. It retails for Rs. 1125 for 50g of product. Review: Okay initially I hated this product and I was regretting that I had spent so much on this. I applied a very little amount, barely a finger touch into the cream, all over my face right after I got out of the shower and I noticed pr...

10 Best places to shop makeup and skin care in Thailand | Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket

I went to Thailand recently (follow me on  INSTAGRAM  to know more) and I did a lot of homework on choosing the places to shop because thats the main reason we chose Thailand for this vacation! I read many blogs and one such blog was  https://thailand.tripcanvas.co/bangkok/affordable-makeup-skincare-brands/ . This article mainly focused only on places to shop in Bangkok but I have discovered some more in Pattaya and Phuket too! 1.FAMILY MART The first place I visited in Pattaya was Family Mart. Family Mart is just everywhere in Thailand, its like a mini supermarket and has everything you need under one roof (duh)! They have a section for skincare and makeup (mostly skin care) where you get face masks, black head masks (the one by Cathy Doll is supposed to be really good), serums, mud packs etc. in the form of sachets and they're super reasonably priced! You get sachets starting from 10-60 bhat. Available: Throughout thailand and even in Bangkok Airport ...
