Sugar Plum Soap Lip Balms | Review

Sugar Plum Soap is a handmade skin care brand which specialises in handcrafted soaps and lip balms! I bought some of their soaps too, which I'll be reviewing in instagram later. This brand completely uses only organic products and that's what I look forward to when it comes to skin care products. You can purchase these from:  https://www.instagram.com/sugarplumsoap/?hl=en I purchased two lips from them during a pop up sale that took place around 3-4 months back and I've been using their lip balms since then. I don't even have to sub divide this review into pro's and con's because the products are AMAZING! I've been using the EOS lip balm for the longest and I don't like replacing it with any other than this one. Product specifications: The lip balm comes in a small pot. It retails for Rs.60 only! I went crazy when I heard the price and had to purchase both the flavours that they had. I bought the chocolate and the mango flavoured o...

Adara Face Mask For Oily Skin | Review

Adara is a Chennai based handmade skin care brand, which is an instagram based brand. They have a wide variety of skin care products ranging from face packs to lip scrubs to soaps. So I got my hands on this Face Pack which is specifically for oily skin. You can buy this from:  https://www.instagram.com/adara_ayurvedicskincare/?hl=en Content Details: This one is specifically for oily skin. It retails for Rs.260 for 75 grams of product. It comes in a plastic container which has the lid covered in glittery sand particles. Colour of the pack is half white, more like the colour of multani meti. None of the ingredients are mentioned, although when I spoke to the owner, she claimed that there's kaolin clay, yogurt powder, ayurvedic ingredients and other herbal powders which are suitable for oily skin. First Impression: The packaging is really cute and I also loved the smell of the powder. It smelled of sweet yogurt. The fragrance is not at all over powering. How ...

Bubble Farm Orange Peel Face Wash | Review

If you guys follow me in Instagram, you would be knowing how much I love this Indian Based Handmade Skin Care Brand called BubbleFarm. I've done an entire video on my youtube where I've spoken about all the products that I own from them. I'm leaving the link to the video here: But for today's post, I'm going to be doing a detailed review on their Face Wash Line.  They've two variants, one being the Orange Peel and the other being Tea Tree and Honey.  This retails for Rs. 300! You can buy this from:  https://www.shop101.com/Bubblefarm I've been using this face wash for almost 3 months now, and let me tell you, I have indeed fallen in love with this one.  I'm a person who gets bored of using the same face wash, so I have this one in my kitchen, and the Innisfree Green Tea Cleanser in my bathroom. The Innisfree one definitely has chemicals, so I use it only once a day. And every other time I'm not using that, I go for this. I love...

Innisfree Wine Peeling Jelly Softener | Review

I've been wanting to try some of Innisfree's products ever since I tried out their face masks. I got my hands on this a few months back In Singapore. Since I was in a hurry to catch my flight, I got whatever that catches my attention at the moment and was wishing my budget. This retailed for 9-10 Singapore dollars, although in India it retails for Rs.900-1000 depending on which site you order it in! First Impressions: The packaging is super cute as it resembles a wine bottle. Also it says the word 'peeling' and I love face masks that peel. Initially when I bought it I thought it was a face mask, because the instructions were in Korean and I didn't understand a word. Later: Later after reading a few reviews and watching some videos I understood that this was a jelly based exfoliator, and honestly I've never heard of something like this. How to Use:  I took a little amount of product and gently scrubbed it all over my face a...

*NEW* Nykaa Skin Genius Sculpting and Hydrating Foundation | Review

In today's post I'm going to be reviewing the new launch by Nykaa in the Skin Genius line. So basically this is the first time I'm ever trying out a foundation. If you have been following me for a long time then you might be knowing that I'm all in for natural skin, but I've always been curious to know how exactly these foundations work, which is the reason I got my hands on this product. H What it claims: 1. Natural and radiant finish 2. Light Weight formula 3. Homogenous application Ingredients: Contains Hyaluronic acid which is supposed to be really good for the skin. My Shade: 04 True Tan Retails for: Rs. 575 for 30 ml My review:  I've tried out this foundation four times now, both day and night and once for an entire day. The foundation gives a very very sheer coverage although layering it up even up to 2-3 layers will only reduce the pigmentation on your face and even out your skin tone. It doesn't hide your scars ...

Streax Pro Hair Serum Review

Hi guys! I'm going to be reviewing The Streax Pro Hair Serum. I purchased these in the beginning of April from Nykaa because I just wanted to try out a new serum as I had recently coloured my hair and wanted to prevent my hair from a major breakdown. This serum is for Rs.185 (In Nykaa its for Rs. 168) for 100ml of product. It comes in a turquoise transparent pump bottle. The pump is surely very convenient and gives you the right amount of product. How to use it: So these are tested methods by me to use the serum. 1. Apply only on wet hair or semi wet hair for better results. 2. If you're applying on dry hair make sure you don't directly expose it to wind as this product doesn't work that way at all, your hair becomes lifeless and frizzy all over again. 3. You can apply it beforehand after blow drying as it gives a really good shine. 4. I found that pumping the product directly on the ends of your gave better results than taking them in your hands and spr...
